I am a worker and a housewife who look for remote jobs to support my family.
Started with Call Center area with communication and online troubleshooting daily activities. I need to handle customer with strong attention to details, interpersonal communication, problem solving, emphaty and other skills i have to completed as a customer service. I also have to keep the administration needed on my service.
In the middle of my CS experience, i also make 1 year experience in Marketing area of IT Product and 3 years experience in Administration and Operational of Life Insurance Company. Those experience make my other knowledge improved a lot.
After so many experience i got, then i relocate and i started to work as Customer Service offline also online in Government Public Services since 2018 until now with my expertize as Customer Service and Administration area.
