As a teenager at school, I was the kid other students approached about issues with their phones or laptop. I was the go-to guy for fixing and resolving any technical problems.
Today, not much has changed. Iโm still the specialized point of contact for technical issues in the workplace. The difference is that I now also work with one of the most prominent organizations in the world to solve the problems faced by everyday end users, to multinational companies.
In my spare time, I contribute to the r/Technology subreddit, which aims to help young people get involved in technology. My Reddit karma can speak much more.
