And just in time: I've been working in technical and customer support for around 8 years, and am now moving into the next era of my career as a Project Coordinator and Assistant. I pride myself on professional communication and in making sure every stakeholder, customer, client, and colleague I speak with leaves the engagement satisfied and with their issues resolved. Confident in the plans in motion.

My skills are widely varied through the multiple jobs I have carried, and the nonprofit in which I am an elected board member running through into my second year. I am proficient in Office 365 and using Microsoft Azure, as well as systems such as Salesforce, Servicenow, Jira, and Trello.

My past experience in IT and support has led me to become highly detail-oriented, specific, and deliberate in my decisions. No stone is unturned, no outcome unconsidered. My experience in Project Coordination, both working with business and residential communities, has evolved greatly over the past year and I am ready to take the skills I have honed into a full-time position.

But above all else, I wish to bring a friendly and memorable experience with professional expertise and a personality that leaves people smiling by the end.

Outside of helpdesk, I dabble in fiction writing. I write a broad mix of High Fantasy, Science Fiction, Western, and Horror. Speculative elements are my specialty, and I can bring any idea, no matter how fantastical, to life as if it were there before you.
