My name is Tauqeer Hussain Suhail, and I was born and brought up in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. I lived there the whole of my life and Graduated from Abu Dhabi University in Business Administration (BBA), with a major in Accounting. I started my professional experience in Abu Dhabi from a Building Maintenance firm and proceeded to the Construction and Transportation industry. I worked there for almost 10 years in total. I performed side gigs as well (part-time jobs), notably in the F1 races with crowd control, music and film festivals in the Hospitality industry (Hotel bookings and administration, Limousine services, etc.), matches (cricket and football) with parking services, mascot organization, etc., auto shows with transportation, delivery, display, stage assistance, etc., and other part time jobs as well.
I moved to Pakistan 6 years ago, with no knowledge of the market, no friends, no references, etc. and started my career from scratch. I started working in the BPO industry of the USA market mostly (5 years) and also 1 year in the Australian and UK market. I have a proven track record in the industry in sales, marketing, customer service, complaint handling, appointment booking, etc. in B2B and B2C verticals.
I joined the industry as a tele sales agent and got promoted in merely 2 months due to my capabilities and skills demonstrated at my work and also my past experience. I have a proven track record of bringing about drastic changes in the company I work for, notably I am an over achiever, punctual, and don’t like to take days off. I tend to reduce the company’s expenses by ¾ and increase revenue by 10x, by making changes, motivation and spending my own money on employees as incentives and claiming only if turns out to be successful.
Something that my resume will not tell you, is that I can’t stand lies, fraud, fabrications, thefts, scams, etc. The major reason that I quit my last job was because the organization (not mentioned in my CV) started a campaign that included insurance scam. They took the step because legit business became limited due to the quarantines and lock downs around the world, but I couldn’t be a part of it. I would rather take a financial hit than even think about committing a fraud or assist anyone in doing the same.
