👩🏻‍💻 I'm Tania. Conscious and servant leader, intersectional feminist, and Mixed-Black tech worker. I've moved from SaaS sales to operational and product management. I currently work at SV Academy, Fast Company's #2 Most Innovative Education Company, in 2020.

💻 My product style prioritizes customer-centric, collaborative, continuous, visual, and experimental methods. I appreciate data-informed, clear and concise communication, and early expectation setting. My approach also always centers on the feminine. I don't mean "a celebration of all thing girly or a sexualization of womanhood. But rather, a valuation of feminine characteristics such as empathy, receptivity, nurturing, introspection, and gentleness" (Proposals for the Feminine Economy, Jennifer Armbrust 2020).

📚 I got skills! Not only do I know how to sell and manage operational processes. I've done MVPs, experiments, UX research, user-testing, agile, scrum, kanban, and many other product rituals. I also know how to sell and manage operational processes. I interface well with technical teams, legal peeps, and strong-willed yet mindful executives.

🙌🏽 I enjoy digital collaboration in the form of whiteboarding, process mapping, and user flows. I love Notion, and When it comes to working with fellow developers and designers, I know my way around everyday tech stacks, like Figma and Github, to name a couple.

👯 My projects include web and native mobile apps for community-building, curriculum/program development, and ed-tech.
