Professional in accounting, with two years of experience in portfolio and treasury coordination. I perform both accounting and administrative activities, providing great support to the management area of a company. I serve as head of portfolio area, taking responsibility for the receipt of cash and bank payments. Furthermore, I coordinate the portfolios of the various clients of the company and make calls or text messages for collection of overdue or soon to expire portfolios. Also, I am in charge of using an accounting software where I make the cash receipts of the payments made by the clients, and the expense receipts at the moment of making the payments to suppliers. As well as making the expense accruals at the moment of payment to the pending suppliers. I provide support to the team of accountants of a company performing all transactions in the software that they ask me.
Within the administrative tasks, I am in charge of observing and classifying all the important documents of the company, and I am in charge of holding meetings when I consider it necessary. I also perform routine checks in the company.
