I hold around 4+ years of experience in Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition for technical and non technical roles.

While working with a US/ Canada based custom software development organisation I was engaged in crafting website content from both client and candidate perspectives, while working closely with Engineering and Marketing teams to ensure an intuitive website interface. Responsibilities include overseeing a new business sector called 'WhizzTeams,' which focuses on globally sourcing technical talent for Engineering Departments. I had an opportunity of working with a US based SAAS organisation (Fin-Tech) and actively sourced potential candidates for various technical positions in the Technology & BI/Reporting Department including Senior Software Engineer, Python Developer, Senior DevOps Engineer, Junior Software Engineers,iOS Developer, Android Developer, SQA Engineer, Architect Engineer, ERP Analyst, BI Analyst, Manager Analytics, Backend Developer, Product Manager, SQA Engineer Frontend Engineers etc.
Managing end-to-end recruitment cycle from headhunting to onboarding of chosen candidates by coordinating with the head of department. Drafting content and posting job ads across all social media platforms. Revamping careers page by coordinating with the product designing team. Conducting orientation sessions with the new joiners. Shortlisting, screening and salary negotiation with the selected candidates. Managing manning requirement and budget quota for all open positions by discussing with the Chief of Staff. On the employer branding front I have been actively involved in managing swagbox designing till production phase and also coordinating On Campus, E-Recruitment Drives & Job Fair in various universities.
