I am a Technical lead with over 20 years of experience specialized in team management and software development, with
a deep passion for Artificial Intelligence and impactful projects. My goal is to lead the development of high-quality
scalable systems, enhance team growth, promote highly collaborative environments and improve business processes.

In my current position at Vocento, I lead the AI department and the user team, overseeing the development of user
systems, software architecture and the management of frontend and backend teams comprising more than 20
individuals. Over the course of 10 years I have supervised and managed product development and coordination of
business initiatives, conducted personnel selection processes and delivered training sessions to multiple teams.
Additionally, I have spearheaded various initiatives in digital transformation, strategy and innovation within the
company. At Vocento, I have had the opportunity to direct and develop projects of significant national impact: AI
Department, User Platform Migration Project, General and Regional Elections in Spain, and Vocento IT Architecture.

In my 20 years of professional experience at Renfe, the Ministry of Finance, and Vocento, I have consistently advocated
for exceptional communication between teams, agile and analytical development, professional growth and motivation
among individuals through training, feedback, and personalized follow-up, as well as the implementation of the best
quality standards and automation of processes that generate a great business impact on the company.

In parallel to my professional career, as a freelancer, I have developed the startup SaRoto, a multiplatform APP for
students at Rey Juan Carlos University and two award-winning AI projects at the nonprofit organization "AISaturdays"
where I have contributed as a mentor teaching classes on Artificial Intelligence.
