My name is Staisy and I live in NL. I have 2 bachelor degrees (Economics & Business Economics and Econometrics & Operation Research) and 1 master (Econometrics and Managerial Science). Throughout my studies I have been busy with a wide range of activities, thanks to which I have acquired useful skills like time management, communication and presenting skills as well as learnt how people's minds work.

To give you examples, I have worked as an intern at the Marketing department at Unilever where I was responsible for setting up international brands across Nordic countries, beginning with discussing marketing strategy and finishing with packaging. Next to it I have been also a student representative responsible for communication between students and teachers, as well as a mentor taking care of new students and helping them to settle at university. Moreover, for many years I worked as an ambassador of university and my faculty, travelling around the country and promoting the program and university. My responsibilities also included frequent presentations and tours with parents of students around the campus.

Currently I am working at EY as a senior consultant at the Financial Risk Management department where not only I perform various projects for our client banks, but also prepare roundtables, support internal and external stakeholder relationships and prepare and sell new projects to our clients.

As a hobby, I am an owner and a founder of a cheerleading dance team that has existed for 8 years already. We have started from nothing against conservative Dutch culture and now became an official cheerleading team of Dutch national sport associations and a member of international beach volleyball tournaments King and Queen of the Court. Moreover, it is our pride to mention that we were also present at EU Para-Championships 2023 in Rotterdam.

My experience shows in practice my skills: discipline, managing, organizational and most importantly communication.
