I have been a professional photographer off and on since 2004. Working with customers directly, managing all aspects of the business, and keeping up with current trends.
Working with the USPS (postal service) I learned all aspects of management. I was responsible for 63 employees each day and ensuring amazing customer service with the public. Each day i was responsible for managing the schedule, call ins, sick leave, vacation leave, discipline, using software to track carriers to ensure they were doing their job and working with upper management. Each day after the carriers would leave for the day i would then be responsible for all customer service. In person customer complaints or phone calls dealing with all areas of the postal world. Problem solving in a quick paced environment was constant.
