I am an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative and Technical Support Advisor with years of experience in both the call center industry and face to face with customers. I am verse with dealing with irate customers, troubleshooting issues and providing solutions while giving a memorable customer experience. I currently am employed at a call center but I am willing to explore new opportunities if I was to be granted one. I have sent emails to relevant customers and also done live chat (4 to 5 chats at once). I have a love for customer service, I am adaptable, I can multitask and I will mean any given deadlines.
