In less than a year I have manage to substitute the tool for data manipulation. I substitute excel with python and SQL, by creating a sqlite database and manipulate them with python and Sqlite. Also I change the data representation from excel to power bi. I made these changes without any help and now I am ready for my next challenge and I am thrill in the idea of working with a more experience team.
