During my employment at Concentrix and working for Doorbia I have developed many of my interpersonal skills. I enjoy taking on responsibilities and seeing that I am very agile and consistent, task completion is not a hassle. Being computer savvy, I can perform Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint tasks with ease. In addition to that during my employment at Conduent as a Sales agent I have experience in sales. My role included identifying prospective customers, lead generation and conversion, answering questions about products and emphasizing the features of the product to highlight how they solve customer problems. Furthermore, I have experience in cold calling, uploading leads on dialer and setting appointments.
