I completed my degree in Environmental Engineering at the Polytechnic Institute of Beja in 2017, followed by a Master's degree in Chemistry, specializing in Quality Control and Environment, at the University of Coimbra, Faculty of Sciences and Technology, in 2023.

Throughout my academic and professional career, I distinguished myself by actively participating in research projects and scientific initiation grants. This included a research grant where I contributed to studies and analyses in the field of chemistry.

Furthermore, I have gained diverse work experience, including roles such as working in a bar (2008 - 2013), providing customer support for Meo (2013-2016), working at EPCA Environmental Consulting (2017), and providing study support/tutoring at a study center (2018/2019).

Currently, I am embarking on my doctoral research focusing on supramolecular structures with antibiotics. This research aims to contribute to the understanding and development of novel strategies for antibiotic delivery and efficacy.

I am also the author and co-author of several publications in renowned scientific journals, covering topics such as drug interactions with cyclodextrins, diffusion studies in solution, and complexation of chemical compounds. My work is recognized for its contribution to advancing scientific knowledge in areas such as pharmaceutical chemistry and environmental chemistry.

In my academic journey, I stood out for presenting various posters and abstracts at national and international scientific conferences, where I shared the results of my research and contributions to the scientific community.

In addition to my research activities, I participated in oral presentations at scientific events, discussing relevant topics such as karst aquifer hydrochemistry and desalination technology. These presentations demonstrate my ability to communicate the results of my studies clearly and effectively.
