Currently, I work at Schneider Electric in the capacity of Manager - LMS Administration • Customer Projects & Services. I oversee the Learning Management Systems Administration. In my current role, I train and support internal instructors, managers, commercial ops and learners on how to use Cornerstone LMS effectively. Proficient in managing systems, enhancing performance and implementing technical solutions. Demonstrated ability to streamline operations and drive efficiency.
In my current role, I manage global training schedules, monitor instructor performance, upload PO and ensure customer engagement. I implement training processes according to Quality and Governance standards and support the digitization of training operations.

I also handle critical business systems, develop training materials, manage user accounts and configure systems to meet business requirements.
