• Serving as Business Analyst, responsibilities to encompass and enhancing the business process to drive efficiently and productively. The roles here to involve engaging the stakeholders to gather requirement and translate them into actionable plan and sign off by the client.

• Utilize advanced Jira skills to track, manage, and report on project progress and team performance.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Work closely with the client and technical team to support the agile development process. Lead and coordinate projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Experience working on multiple projects and dealing with multiple cross-functional teams.
• Involve in User Acceptance Test (UAT).
• Monitor key product metrics, and understand the root causes of changes in metrics.
• Experience in writing and reviewing regulatory documentation and submissions.
• Knowledge and proficient in the JIRA
• Familiar with the Figma.
