I'm a mixed-method researcher with an interdisciplinary PhD and 12 years of research experience, passionate about studying humans' emotions, motivations, and behaviors.

I'm an expert in both generative and evaluative research; I use a variety of research methods, such as in-depth interviews, focus groups, surveys, experimental design (A/B testing), usability testing, card sorting, contextual inquiry, and field observation, to generate actionable insights and recommendations for product design, innovation, and development.

In my current role as Senior UX Researcher, I lead and execute the design, implementation, and analysis of B2C and B2B user research projects, collaborating closely with C-level executives, VPs, designers, engineers, and product managers from the US, Canada, and Poland teams.
