I've always loved learning and sharing that knowledge with others. The
possibility of designing and delivering content that allows the
people to really connect with and see those "aha!" moments is the best
feeling!.
I'm a practical person, and my time working in customer service really
taught me how to listen, how to dig into a problem, and how to find real
solutions. Honestly, those skills have been invaluable in everything I've
done since.
I'm a big believer in teamwork, love a good challenge, and I'm always
looking for ways to learn and grow. I guess you could say I'm a lifelong
student!
