Hello, I'm Rômulo Coutinho Beluco, currently pursuing a degree in Software Engineering at the National Telecommunications Institute (INATEL). I am an active member of the programming team at INATEL and have participated in the SBC Programming Marathon. I contributed as a volunteer educator in the Soft Skills discipline for the CAS@VIVA project and also volunteered in the Electronic Waste project, specifically focusing on testing electronic equipment. Presently, I am a scholarship recipient at the Cybersecurity and Internet of Things laboratory, where I am involved in the Internet of Things (IoT) team.

My academic journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in software engineering, and my practical experiences in volunteer projects and competitions have allowed me to apply my skills in real-world scenarios.
