I stared working at a very young age when I lost my parents. I started my career supplying news paper and magazines back in 2001, I worked as a domestic help in hotels during day and I somehow grew my interest in cooking, had a dream to be a chef all the time, I could never make it. I am an awesome chef though.
I can cook any and every Indian dish one can name.
I stared working with BPO industry back in 2007 when call centre industry was a boom and trending as a new comer in the country.
I started dialing for a US client called Dish TV supporting the customer service part of their process. Since this was something new it was like monkey jump all the while till I got married and got serious with my career.๐, and in 2010 I got a job offer from a random start-up dialing for medical campaign in Vizag, I took up the job as it was a good pay for those days and for that location, it went well till the director of that company wanted to pull out all the businesses in Vizag 2014 as he was from Hyderabad and a new state Telangana has been formed and he had to move his business then as it got really hard to manage for a lot of operational reasons. So closed it in 2015 May.
Luckily it was just 3 dialing staff so we all managed to get jobs... And I had no reliving letter or anything that can prove my existence in that company however I had my bank statements to support my salary.
Based on these it was hard to find a Job and because I was very feasible to relocate to any city I got offer from Tech Mahindra in Pune.
Starting this phase of my life in this industry I grew Passion towards customer service and working in different LOB's including Sales, Customer Support, Technical Support, Client Success, Onboarding gave me a good exposure and a clear idea of importance of having and always providing the best to clients to retain any business.
I am a Firm believer of Emotional Intelligence in the era we are living where everything is almost controlled by AI the human touch is gone missing when it comes to Client/Customer expectations leaving them to deal with IVR's and Robots, so I believe the anyone as a customer would like to have someone listen to their issues, address them, empathize, assure them of the fix/resolution, and timely follow up's are always the key.
Being a part of customer service industry for over a decade now I believe and I am confident that I can justify any role that I am offered in this field.
