Versatile operations manager with 15+ years of experience managing people and processes while supporting field operations and customer service on a scale of up to 500 vehicles, 100+ call center agents, multiple 3rd party vendor contracts and inventory control responsibility for over 3000 pieces of medical equipment.

In the process of re-locating by mid-summer to southern Brazil from the United States (wife has dual citizenship). Goal is to work 100% remotely for the next 5 years in an operational support or account manager role.
