I am a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer with more than 10 years of work experience. I have participated in the development lifecycle of complex distributed systems with high availability and time-sensitive data requirements. My experience goes from a startup, and software factory to mid-size and multinational companies, in diverse sectors like financial, beauty, education, e-commerce, and sports trading. Passioned about creating amazing Font-End applications.

I’m currently in love with TypeScript nevertheless I have worked with a multitude of programming languages throughout my career e.g., C++, C#, Visual Basic, JavaScript, Python, and Java, just to mention some. I have preferences for some languages, but I consider myself a language-agnostic engineer. My analytical, problem-solving, self-taught, self-managed, fast learning skills combined with strong programming core concepts like OOP, design patterns, clean, and reusable code, allow me to move between different technology stacks and be effective in no time.

Software Engineering is more than a profession and a job for me, ever since I created my first “Hello world!” console application I have been passionate about it. It is amazing how an idea can be transformed into useful software to improve people’s life and productivity. It is incredible how a guy like me coming from a small town on a small island in the Caribbean (the Dominican Republic) has been blessed with the opportunity to perform in multiple countries around the world working with diverse and multicultural teams, which highlights my multi-cultural adaptation and teamwork skills.
