I have 8 years of experience in customer service, although it has never been in remote work, it has always been in the restaurant business. I have a great empathy towards the people who come to me for help and an incredible management of social skills to help them. I am persistent and with the ability to go through difficult situations and adapt to changes. I love meeting new people all the time and if I can help them with something they need it makes me feel good. I am a current Psychology student about to graduate and being in this career has helped me develop the aforementioned skills. I always try to improve myself through drastic changes because besides that I find it exciting, I consider it a required skill for survival.
The unknown excites me and I am always doing new things, trying things I don't know how to do or learning everything. I have worked in around 10 different restaurants and cafes, I have a diploma in music therapy and a feminist perspective towards psychological practice that has also helped me a lot to have great empathy towards women.
