My name is Rebella Behrens, I am a bilingual native speaker of German and Portuguese and I have a degree in Modern Languages and Literatures (English and German Studies) from the Faculty of Letters of Coimbra.

I have experience in customer service, as a virtual assistant and in e-commerce. I have also had to review, create and send invoices/refunds and review content.

Furthermore, I'm also familiar with Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet. I'm used to working with a variety of email, chat and phone systems and know how to deal with customers in a helpful, empathetic and friendly manner.
