Introduced the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for our partner colleges within two months of joining, enabling them to initiate online academic courses. Established partnerships with 10 universities, facilitating online delivery of academic and fundamental courses through a prototype version. Paced up the project delivery rate by 3 times by launching the MVP version on an existing platform of PrepBytes application with some modification instead of creating from scratch.
