I work at Coursera in Product Ops where I focus on making products more efficient through AI, data, and smart tooling. I’ve built AI agents that analyze learner feedback, set up Retool apps to automate workflows, and designed reporting systems in Databricks and Looker to help teams make better decisions faster. Earlier I’ve worked on data science projects and even built a CRM system and an influencer platform from scratch. I enjoy solving messy problems, turning insights into product decisions, and working closely with teams to create products that people love.
