I have over 17 years of experience working in HR Generalist and Recruitment. Currently, I work as the Director HR at Cyberium Infotech Private Limited, where I lead a cross-functional team, leading and mentoring the team to have a smooth HR Operations and guide them in complex HR queries and transactions. I'm deeply passionate about organization policies, their smooth and accurate implementation, human resources, and making employment easier and rewarding for everyone.

Previously, I worked at Vodafone Shared Services India Pvt Ltd. as Assistant Manager HR, improving the recruitment process, screening candidates, and sourcing candidates through networking, referrals, and Job portals.
