As a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual, I have gained extensive experience across a variety of industries. Currently, I am working as an Enrollment and Billing Specialist at RxAdvance PBM India Pvt. Ltd. where I enroll members in Medicare plans, review DTRR files, analyze COB and MSP, and reconcile enrollment.
Prior to this, I worked at Capline Services Pvt. Ltd. as a Sr. Business Associate where I communicated and handled external clients, processed payments, adjustments, and denials according to established guidelines, gained expertise in all aspects of medical billing, and trained new employees.
In addition to my experience in the healthcare industry, I have also founded two startups. One of them, Night Bandits, was a virtual store for night essentials that I co-founded and managed. At RedFrolic, I founded a startup that focused on bringing a new breath of air in the event planning market. I was involved in all aspects of business development, from market research and finance to operations and marketing, ensuring that the company's vision was followed. I also delivered coordination and assistance for organizing 30+ events annually, including handling location permits, catering, logistics, and décor.
During my time at Bezel Jewellery (India) Pvt. Ltd., I worked in both the marketing and sales departments, conducted market research, analyzed consumer data, and identified new business opportunities. Additionally, I have undertaken various projects, including a study on the distribution channel of Bezel Jewellery (India) Pvt. Ltd. and a detailed analysis of consumer perception towards different jewellery brands available in the market.

Apart from my professional experience, I have participated in various activities, such as zonal cricket competitions, the International Children's Festival of Performing Arts, and the National Level B-Plan Competition. I have also completed a military training camp at Amity, Manesar, worked for HelpAge India in spreading awareness and raising funds, and received various certificates of appreciation and awards for my entrepreneurial and leadership skills.
