My name is Aman Kumar Pathak, and I have recently completed my MBA with a specialization in Operations Management. I am currently awaiting my final results. Over the course of my academic and professional journey, I have built a strong foundation in operations strategy, process optimization, and business efficiency.

I have over a year of hands-on experience as a Manager and Operations Head at Sakshi Restaurant & Banquet Hall, where I led day-to-day operations, managed a team, and implemented cost-effective strategies that helped the business generate ₹5–7 lakh in monthly revenue with profits reaching ₹2 lakh. This role sharpened my skills in resource management, vendor coordination, and operational planning.

In addition, I completed two internships—one as a Business Development Executive at Monetiscope LLP, where I contributed to operational support for sales processes, and another as a Sales Executive at The Leading Solution, where I handled client interactions and improved lead conversion efficiency.
