As a skilled and experienced production manager I have worked for both local and international projects. ● Planning, executing and delivering the best quality project, from beginning to end.

● creating a united plan for the project in collaboration with the director, CG supervisor and representing this plan to the crew and clients.
● Keeping the crew productive, motivated, and proud of their work, and maintaining the plan.
● Constantly communicating with the client and key staff to manage and align expectations of quality and output. Working within our studio's methods, while being able to handle the projects and clients independently.
● Leading the team of directors, coordinators, supervisors, and artists, using the existing studio systems and procedures.
● Forecasting the problems to prevent production blocks early and to bring solutions in a collaborative environment.
● Being unbiased to all members of the crew with equal respect and delivering instructions in a polite and professional manner.
