I have been working in the BPO industry for quite a while and have honed my skills, experience, and passion for the industry. I am passionate about providing excellent and quality service whatever kind of task either calling the customer over the phone both inbound and outbound being able to communicate with them comfortably which also helped me develop my communication skills and better understanding when it comes to communicating with our customers so it is not new to me interacting with them as I also work directly with the client as associate analyst which enhances my knowledge by learning new skills and improving my typing speed and the proper etiquette when communicating through chat or in an email. As well as working in back-office support roles for various lines of business such as healthcare insurance, appointment setting, software troubleshooting standard operating procedures. But the skills that I am very proud of are being attentive and keen to details, critical thinking, and making decisions very quickly as well as being open and eager to learn new things
The job or position that I'm looking for is either back office support or in an administrative role whatever similar role is available as long as I'm supporting directly with the client or any kind of support role.
I have no problem with whatever kind of work or task is assigned to me as long as they provide me with training, notes, and the SOP for the specific task.
And I believe that my skill set, knowledge, experience, and work ethic can add value to its growth, and see myself growing in this company. My positive attitude, optimism, and long-term goals align with the job requirements, making me a committed and valuable asset to the company working remotely.
