As a Hub Supervisor at J&T Express, one of the leading e-commerce delivery companies in Egypt, I managed the daily operations of store ordering, acceptance, return, inventory, quality, and loss prevention, ensuring customer satisfaction and business efficiency. I also developed and maintained store customer relationships, handled store business fund management, and assisted the operation manager with regional coordination.

In addition, I trained, managed, and recruited store couriers, using my skills in team building, communication, and leadership. I also leveraged my previous experiences as a Reserve Operations Lead at J&T Express and an ICQA Team Leader at Taager, a social e-commerce platform, to improve the quality and accuracy of the inventory and delivery processes. I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from tanta university, where I learned the fundamentals of supply chain management, logistics, and operations.
