I am more interested in growing more as a soft developer than a programmer. The possibility of putting my problem-solving skills, people skills and the need to always bridge the gap between technical solutions and business needs presents me with an incredible personal growth opportunity for myself and my team. I am also experienced in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise.
