I am an individual interested in nothing but what Grows and develops me professionally. The experience I currently hold includes that of a customer service advisor where I excelled as a subject matter expert(SME) in billing(Inbound). My journey then crossed over to the workforce management(WFM) department of which I hold a good 2 years experience as a Real-time controller and about 3 years as a workforce planning analyst, this is my current role. I have gained sufficient knowledge in my time within WFM, this has helped me sharpen my skills as a planner and has even allowed for growth within the usage of WFM tools (eWFM, Nice incontact, looker, EVS, genesis, etc.) and also Microsoft applications, excel is my go to app for analyzing and presenting data.
