SUMMARY
I hold a degree in Information Security from Uninove University and a postgraduate degree
in DevOps from Anhanguera University. I am currently pursuing a second postgraduate
degree in Data Analysis from the same institution.
I began my career as a Technical Support Assistant at NettBuster, where I resolved technical
issues and provided customer support. Later, I interned in the Technology sector at Itaú
Unibanco, collaborating on internal IT projects.
During this time, I gained approximately 1.5 years of experience working with Python,
focusing on process automation and data manipulation, and one year of experience with
AWS services such as S3, EC2, and Lambda for cloud-based solutions.
Subsequently, I worked as a Junior Analyst at Logicalis, supporting Itaú Unibanco by
resolving infrastructure issues and managing technical support tickets. Currently, I work as
a Junior Infrastructure Analyst at Engine, providing SAP consulting services focused on
implementation, maintenance, and optimization of SAP systems in productive
environments.
In addition to my professional experience, I actively use Python, SQL, and AWS in personal
projects, solidifying my skills in data analysis, task automation, and cloud solution
implementation. I am constantly enhancing my knowledge through courses and my ongoing
postgraduate studies.
