At heart, I’m a strategist, marketer, and tinkerer. My passion is when I can combine my technology, data, and marketing experience to help create strategies that lead to exceptional growth, and growing excellence. Over the last 4 years, I’ve led a team of marketers and strategists that is at its best when giving Big Challenges: “we aren’t growing and we don’t know why”, “our sales and marketing teams aren’t aligned”, “we need to turn our technology into products that sell.”

Big Challenges are what makes this industry fun, challenging, and rewarding. My ability to dig into issues, develop strategies, lead teams, and even get my hands dirty when necessary has allowed me the opportunity to lead a variety of cross-functional teams in startups, agencies, and global brands (VP, SVP, CMO, CEO).

In addition, my diverse early career (developer, designer, enterprise IT, etc) means I can speak my teams language, while still trusting their expertise. As such, I have extensive experience running projects from inception to delivery, and ensuring that what is delivered maximizes value for the organization whether it’s marketing, sales, strategy, business development, digital, social media, or anything in between.

I’m a natural mentor, and love building teams and cultures that truly care about doing work they are proud of every day. Part of that means optimizing processes, managing change, and implementing operational excellence, and part of that is ensuring we are always improving and always moving towards maturing as individuals, teams, and organizations.
