I am a team player. I take great pride in saying that all my professional experiences have been marked by strong development with my colleagues. I have always embraced the companies I work for, getting personally involved in some way. In all my jobs, I had the opportunity to be promoted, taking on more responsibilities and competently handling the tasks assigned to me. For example, during my first professional experience at a national video rental company, I received my first career promotion because my managers recognized, and I consistently demonstrated, that I am a responsible and dedicated worker.

Following that, I worked for 12 years in banking, starting at the multinational bank HSBC. I began as a branch technician, and since it was a high-value bank, customer service was the most important aspect we learned within the company. It was also HSBC that allowed me to start my studies in investments, which later led to a promotion during the merger with Banco Bradesco.

During my time at Banco Bradesco, I took on the most responsibilities in my career. Initially, I served as an assistant to three corporate managers, and later, I managed a portfolio of individual clients with segmented income.

Serving clients and solving problems is in my DNA—I enjoy it, and I actively seek out challenges to resolve. However, at the end of 2022, after the turbulent period of the pandemic, I was let go from the bank where I was working. I needed that time to realign my thoughts, and during that period, I completed my second degree in Analysis and Systems Development, a field I have been developing in daily—not only through the completed degree but also through the courses I take regularly.

I am in the process of transitioning to a new field, and I am confident that, despite the differences between these sectors, I can bring all the expertise I’ve gained over the years into my new career, which fascinates me and drives my continuous learning.
