Transitioning to the world of cybersecurity from a predominantly people-facing work background, I have through dedicated self-learning and discipline developed a keen eye for network vulnerabilities and an impressive understanding of information security protocols, safeguarding digital assets against evolving threats landscape. Given my experience with customer service and my acquired skills in cybersecurity, one of the ways I am convinced they will pair well is by bridging gaps in conveying high technicalities to non-technical stakeholders.

I have obtained several skills that enable me to improve an organization's cybersecurity posture, including skills in the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) and NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) and how to implement them effectively.
