As a Backend Engineer at Flip, I specialize in designing and implementing scalable microservices and distributed systems that serve billions of requests to millions of users.

My work involves creating robust, high-performance backend solutions that ensure seamless user experiences on our video-streaming and online marketplace platform. Additionally, I focus on developing efficient development tooling to streamline our engineering processes, enhancing productivity and code quality. My role demands a deep understanding of system architecture, performance optimization, and cutting-edge backend technologies, all of which I leverage to drive revenue and maintain Flip's competitive edge in the market.

At Qwist, the leading independent Open Banking platform provider in Europe, I was building the bridges between the banking sphere and the customers, providing new capabilities and value to both sides, while continuously innovating and exploring the possibilities brought forth by the push to defragment data and deliver seamless digitized financial services to the European market.

In collaboration with the Connectivity Team, I worked on developing and maintaining the backend systems, Banking APIs, and cloud infrastructure that enable Qwist to connect with over 2000 banks and financial institutions across the EU and beyond.

Before joining Qwist, I was a full stack team lead at OmiSoft, where I led the design and implementation of the architecture of a web3 trading platform, connecting our web2 solution to the web3 world using technologies such as React, Redux, Wagmi, Express, and EthersJs. I also communicated with the client, reported and provided documentation to management, design and development teams, and monitored and improved on work and delivery processes.

I have a Bachelor of Business Administration from ESSEC Business School, where I gained a solid foundation in business administration, management and operations, and participated in exchange programs at The George Washington University and Korea University.

I am fluent in English, French, Ukrainian, and Russian, and have a Cambridge English Level 3 Certificate in ESOL International. I am open to new opportunities and challenges that will allow me to apply and expand my skills and knowledge in the fields of software engineering, finance, low-level systems and networking.
