Ridwan started his journey as a Web Developer doing a part-time job at Aryajaya Formasi while he was in college to pay his tuition fees from Dec 2011 to Nov 2012. He was involved in developing a web-based payment gateway admin page, timesheet management system, and project management system using PHP. After he got a bachelor’s degree from Politeknik Negeri Bandung in July 2013, he was employed as a Web Developer by Vox Teneo Indonesia in September 2013. Learn new things from developing a mobile app with web technology using PhoneGap Cordova, but it didn't last long.
In Nov 2013, he decided to join Mitrais which their client is focus on the mining and manufacturing industry as Junior Programmer (JP). He should have joined On Job Training for 1.5 years developing their product at Bali, but only after 3 months of training, he passed the competition with his senior and got a client in Jakarta. With good performance, he was promoted to Programmer (PG) in Jan 2015. Almost all the projects were developed using .Net C#.
In Sep 2016, he got an opportunity to work onsite at Sumbawa for a client in the mining industry. He got a new experience because he should maintain several apps that are using old technologies and connected to devices. He learned how to implement Pub-Sub design on the app, controlling multiple running text devices. Mostly all the projects were developed using VB and C#. He has shown good performance and good self-management during the projects. So, he was promoted to become an Analyst Programmer (AP) in Jan 2017.
In March 2018, He joined a development team to build API for a client in the automotive industry. He had been trusted for being a team leader on a sub-project developing web admin for the API. With success, he was promoted to become an Analyst (AN) in Jan 2019.
From 2019-2020, he led a team of seven developers and one tester at a client in the beverage manufacturing industry.
In Feb 2020, From more than 6 years of .Net experiences, he joined ConnectION team (ION Group) and he jumped to completely different technologies to develop a product which focuses on human capital.
In 2021, when ION decided to rebuild the product, and migrate it to the cloud so they can commercialize the product, He got a crucial role to design the backend architecture. He Initialized the backend architectures and its core modules and integrated the system with external applications (Such as Merge.Dev, PrinciplesUs, AWS Cognito, AWS S3, AWS Cloudfront, Sentry, EMSI Skills Service, and LocationIQ).
