My name is Mobolaji and I am a Bsc holder from Olabisi Onabanjo University. I have had experience in working as a customer service representative over the years.
I currently work as a contact center agent for Guarantee Trust Bank where I regularly respond promptly to clients inquiries, requests, and complaints on phone call, provide customer with necessary feedbacks and, of course, fulfil every aspect of my contact agent duties. I also previously worked as a Credit Officer at Initiative for Community Advancement, Relief and Empowerment, where I met with clients interested in taking out a loan and providing them with the necessary information required.
In these two roles, I have gained a plethora of experience in maintaining good conduct and professionalism while addressing clients needs and requests.
My skill set as a customer care representative include good communication, empathy, good time management, excellent usage of CRM, exceptional customer service.
