I am Kenyan by birth, graduated from university-Multimedia University Of Kenya in the year 2015. My name is Martin Kimathi. I am a graduate from Kenya. I grew up in Nairobi. Technological advances may hinder different people from understanding how the systems work. They may also spend a lot of time trying to know how they operate - A time consuming process.
Ethical standards are also important in as much as two way communication is involved in a company .Understanding the urgency of a client or an employee means understanding the issue at hand. This cultivates a healthy work environment . It is in this aspect that competence in the workplace is realized. This is key in organizations where instructions are expected to be followed and well understood. Language barriers are also eliminated since they inconvenience proper communication in the organisation.
