I graduated from Evangel University in 2017 and did my Youth service in 2018 at Motomark Automobile limited as a customer care executive and account clerk where i was able to learn communication and follow up skills with clients as well as keeping track of company income and expenses. I also worked as a customer care representative at Heritage bank in 2019 and i have gain knowledge on how to manage and persuade clients as well as develop my communication skills through identifying and solving customer’s queries. I am currently working at an accounting firm named Sam Ubah and co, where aside other duties assigned, my primary role is to prepare monthly vat returns of the clients, assist in the audit processes and follow up with clients on existing queries from tax authorities. I am looking for a better opportunity to enhance skills that I already possess and further widen my skill set.
