I am a professional with more than 20 years of experience in the food industry and metal-mechanics industry. During these years I had the opportunity to manage Food transformation processes and Assembly, Welding, Painting and Machining processes in Car, Engine and Truck factories. The management of these processes was carried out from different areas within manufacturing department such as Quality, Process Engineering and Production. All of them with a strong base in the continuous improvement TPM (ARCOR) and WCM (FIAT).
Throughout my career I grew within these organizations as I gained experience and showed enthusiasm for taking on new challenges and responsibilities. I had the opportunity to grow professionally through daily contact with peers of a high professional level, very demanding bosses, moments of high pressure and very complex situations such as union conflicts and daily fluctuations in demand that made all the planning change in an instant. I was also able to grow by participating in different training courses in prestigious institutions with very outstanding teachers, and finally, visits to different plants in different countries such as Brazil, France, Italy and Turkey finished forging my professional profile. These trips and international exposure allowed me to develop the use of English as a tool and, on certain occasions, Italian too.
It motivates me to look forward, face new projects, break paradigms and lead teams of collaborators. I am a person who is very committed to the company and its projects, I stand out mainly for following the issues, interpersonal relationships and interest in seeing the business as a whole beyond manufacturing.
