I was employed by an Offshore Law Firm, called the O Connor Law Firm based in NY. My hours were 9am to 6pm EST, which was 4pm to 1am CAT. The company is based in NY. My duties as a Virtual Assistant included the uploading of new cases, drafting of various letters i.e.: claims letters, medical request letters etc. All these letters; received documents; faxes or emails needed to be uploaded to Cloudlex. I had applied for the position via The Job Duck and GetStaffedUp Recruitment Company. Previously, I was employed by Execz® Executive Placements. I had been working for them for the past 9 years and as they were based in Helderkruin, I had been working from home. This required focus and dedication, but after so many years, I love working from home. I started at Execz in April of 2012 and resigned end of August 2021, due to the company going through financial difficulties' and not paying me. I previously worked for 15 years within the Medical Aid Industry and then left to pursue further studying.
