I am a professional passionate about the field of Human Resources, particularly in Payroll and Personnel Management, which are essential for the success of any company, as they maintain harmony between compliance with legal obligations and the well-being of employees. Making a difference in the lives of employees, applying technology to optimize processes, ensuring that the company meets legal obligations, and has important information for decision-making quickly and assertively, facing intellectual challenges, and creating customized solutions are factors that motivate me and draw me to continue working in this field!
I have over 15 years of professional experience accumulated in strategic and operational HR roles, in which I had the opportunity to execute and optimize processes, bringing efficiency, security, and robustness to the necessary deliveries.
I earned my first degree in Mathematics Teaching with an emphasis on Computer Science when I began my career in payroll system development. I enjoyed it so much that I specialized through work and various additional courses and later completed a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management. Currently, I am pursuing a second degree in psychology, a course that has provided me with valuable knowledge and has led to more assertive personal and professional practices. I believe that technology and the humanization of HR practices are complementary and essential for the growth of any company.
In my last position at Cellep, as the Personnel Department Manager, I led important actions such as the implementation of a Payroll system (TOTVS), E-Social, the creation of a self-service portal for employees, providing greater agility and quality of delivery. I conducted positive team management, fostering an integrated and productive work environment, and faced challenges brought by the crisis generated by the pandemic. These experiences taught me to be strategic, resilient, and adaptable.
Now, I am in search of new opportunities, be they permanent positions or temporary projects, where I can contribute by applying my knowledge, experiences, rapid adaptation skills, and strategic vision.
