I started studying telecommunications and electronic engineering, working at the university for a while, and then shifted to sales and marketing roles. The first one was as an account manager in the promotional sector, and later on, as a business development director, growing and managing a sales and marketing team for a fast-growing retail company. Similarly, I designed the sales and marketing strategy and structure for a B2B HR Company and led the teams. I also co-founded and sold an IT business. Business, marketing and sales experiences, altogether with my passion for psychology and team management drove me to my education in coaching and leadership. Now I work as a freelance in marketing and sales positions for different companies and sectors, designing, leading and executing marketing and sales strategies.
