Hello, I'm Ludmila, a Cape verdean studying abroad in Portugal.
When it comes to soft skillss : i'm a proactive person, i find it easy to comunicate with people and i can easily adapt in order to achieve better outcomes.

Hard skills; I have a degree in Biological sciences(healthcare) , i've studied customer services and english, and i just finished a digital transformations course online that and learned a few things from calendar management, cloud technology, digital marketing to website settings and domains.

My professional journey has pretty much being around custumer service and healthcare. I have been in a hospital for 3 months in a internship, being a waitress for seven months while studying, and events protocol.
I'm always trying to learn and apply new skills, experiencing things.
