I’m an engineering leader who specialises in modernising legacy systems, stabilising delivery, and guiding teams through high-risk change.

I’m usually brought in when platforms are business-critical, regulated, or showing the strain of years of incremental fixes and the organisation needs calm leadership as much as technical depth.
