When I was little, I'd come home from school to my grandma's house and disappear into papers, filling them with worlds, characters, and stories. I didn't know it then, but I was already practicing what would become the foundation of my career: listening, observing, connecting patterns, and turning ideas into experiences others could step into.
I'm a Customer Experience Designer and Design Strategist passionate about solving complex challenges through research-driven design. I have experience working with multidisciplinary teams across Japan, the USA, Brazil, Colombia, and Argentina.
My curiosity led me to study abroad in Japan. Later on, I participated in an academic project developing strategies to revitalize the jewelry industry in rural Yamanashi (Japan). I've also shared my cross-cultural insights through an article published in Diario Clarรญn, Argentina's most important newspaper. My article was highlighted on the official social media of the Argentine Embassy in Japan.
